Reviving Rhythms: Growing Pulse Studios Through Amplifying Their Social Media Presence & Strategic Marketing Initiatives

Pulse Studios is a Hip Hop dance studio located in Calgary, Alberta. I worked with them on a freelance basis for two years in implementing a social media marketing strategy, managing their social media accounts, overseeing various other strategic marketing initiatives, and scaling their marketing department from 0 to 5 people.

Campaign Highlight: Increasing Summer Dance Camp Registrations

The goal of this campaign was to attract parents interested in enrolling their children in the Pulse Studios Summer Dance Camp by emphasizing the quality of the teachers and the positive experiences their kids would gain.

Approach:

I conducted thorough research to understand the target audience's preferences and concerns. I discovered that parents were primarily concerned about the quality of teachers, trusting where they sent their kids, and the quality of learning experience that the kids will have over summer camp. They wanted a summer camp their kid would enjoy, learn, and stay active.

To address these concerns, I developed a content strategy focused on showcasing the teachers' personalities through videos and posts shared on our social media platforms. This humanized the instructors and built trust with parents. Additionally, I gathered and shared video testimonials from both kids and parents to highlight the positive impact of the summer camps.

Impact:

By effectively addressing parents' concerns and building trust, we exceeded our registration goals by 26% demonstrating my ability to connect with the target audience and drive results.
